These Terms of Use govern your use of Iponaryo, including the mobile app, progressive web app, AI assistant, backup features, and related services.
By accessing or using Iponaryo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, and sign-in credentials. You may not impersonate another person or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Iponaryo is a local-first finance workspace and recordkeeping tool. It allows you to create and manage workspaces, accounts, entries, exports, optional cloud backups, and AI-assisted drafts. Some features may change, be limited, or be unavailable at any time.
The web app may support sign-in only for certain account flows, while account creation or additional sign-in methods may be available only on supported native app builds.
Iponaryo AI and voice features are optional tools that may generate summaries, drafts, or suggested entries based on your prompts and uploaded audio. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your intended use.
You may not use Iponaryo to:
You retain ownership of the finance data, prompts, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide the service, including authentication, storage, backup, AI processing, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Cloud backup is optional. If you do not enable it, your records may exist only on your current device or browser. Even when cloud backup is enabled, you remain responsible for confirming that your data is correct and for keeping your own copies where needed.
We do not guarantee that the service, exports, restore flows, or AI features will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or free from loss.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, abused the service, created risk for other users, or if continued operation becomes impractical. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iponaryo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and data accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and publish the revised terms in the app or website.
